DMCA Policy

Last updated: May 14, 2026. InSaver respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy describes how copyright owners may notify us of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), where applicable, and related practices.

This page describes a general notice process. It is not legal advice. If you are unsure about your rights or obligations, consult an attorney. False or bad-faith notices may expose you to legal liability.

1. Role of InSaver

InSaver provides software that helps users manage media on their own devices. We do not host a public user-generated content network comparable to a social feed, and we do not target or index third-party copyrighted works for redistribution as a search service. Nonetheless, if you believe that material accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may send a notice as described below so we can evaluate and take appropriate action consistent with law and product design.

2. How to send a copyright notice

For copyright notices under U.S. law, contact the developer using the official support or legal contact channel published on our App Store and Google Play listings. Please use a subject line that begins with “DMCA Notice” and include all items listed in section 3 so we can process your request. If a dedicated copyright email is published on this page in the future, you may use that address instead.

3. Required contents of a DMCA notice

Your notice should include substantially the following information:

4. Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that meets the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We may restore material after receipt of a valid counter-notification unless the copyright owner files a court action against you within the statutory period. Consult legal counsel if you have questions about counter-notices.

5. Repeat infringer policy

Where appropriate and technically feasible, we may terminate or suspend access for users who are repeat infringers in accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Service.

6. Non-U.S. claims

If you are not located in the United States, you may still send a detailed copyright complaint using the same channel. We will review notices under applicable local law principles where relevant, in addition to any U.S. DMCA procedures.

7. Trademark concerns

This DMCA Policy focuses on copyright. If you have a trademark concern, send a separate message with “Trademark” in the subject, identify your mark and registration or use basis, and explain the alleged misuse clearly.
